The Dead of Winter

Reasons why I do not like winter here:
- no central heating
- a wall completely made of windows
- the one room living in order to conserve any heat that might come out of the air con heater
- the sliding doors that close off the room with the air con style heater which leave a lovely little freezing cold breeze blowing in at every crack
- the bathroom being on the "other" side, the part of the house that has no heat at all
- i was born on a tropical island and i probably should have just stayed there
